After the scare of closing down (which, by the way, happened briefly), 13th Floor is mercifully live and kicking. An easy breezy casual space the balcony area, literally on the 13th floor, is ideal to catch the sunset. In fact, it’s lovely as the sun hides behind the Chinnaswamy stadium and the arena looks like it’s got a halo around it. You don’t really go here to party, but be it a date or an evening with friends, this place is upbeat and eclectic. Before sunset (although it only opens at 5pm), it’s like you’ve walked into a terrace of someone living in on a Greek island with blue and white dominating and oozing chill vibes. Also, look down on people stuck in traffic for cheap thrills!
