There's another newbie in Indiranagar with 21st Amendment being launched in the city recently. The interiors of the restaurant are predominantly in Liberty green (the blue-green hue of the Statue Of Liberty). You'll find a wall dedicated to American License Plates and another with the artwork of Statue Of Liberty. The menu has an interesting mix of Indian, Italian and Chindian cuisine. Also, the plating of each dish is spectacular. What I particularly loved is their Virginia Creme De La Amadine which is a Roast Pumpkin soup consisting of Pumpkin and Almond Chives creme puree, as well as other vegetables. This was delicious and felt like a meal in itself. The De-Oxidized Watermelon Feta Salad is another healthy option which is absolutely scrumptious. In starters, do try Paneer Guattari. The Paneer fingers were served on a bed of Spicy Tawa Sauce. The sauce was bang on. The amalgamation of onions, tomatoes, capsicum with Indian spices made it extremely flavourful. We also tried the 21st Amendment Signature Pasta which was a little heavy as this was stewed in Coconut milk. Coming to another Indian main we tried was their Babycorn and Zucchini Sabzi which was served with stuffed Kulchas. I absolutely loved this one, the Sabzi was spicy and the Kulcha wasn't over greasy making it a perfect combination. In desserts, we tried the Bulgarian Coconut Souffle and Namaskar Bengaluru. The latter consists of various sweets that are famous in Bangalore. But there's an interesting twist wherein the Kesari Bath is fried and also the Obatu served is grilled. I preferred the former, the coconut souffle is extremely dense and rich. The consistency is perfect and the flavour is delightful to the palate. The service really impressed me. All the servers were extremely warm and kind. They had a thorough knowledge of the menu. All in all, 21st Amendment is a nice place to visit and it's reasonably priced as well.
