Curated by Chef Manu R Nair, the festival at the Bonsouth Restaurant in Koramangala will feature the best dishes from the Adivasi communities of India, presented in a new avatar. Dishes like Bamboo Rice Payasam, Pit Roasted Quail, Fiery Duck and Meen Donne would surely ensure you get to taste abundant flavours. The dishes are slightly sour, hot and richly endowed with nuts and assorted spices and cooked in ghee. Slow cooking and pit fire roasting help produce these rich flavours.
