The Dim Sip festival asserts a specially curated menu entailing 33 dim sums. Each variant of these Dim sums has been made in true authentic Pan Asian cooking style. The menu consists of exotic preparations like Beetroot Dumpling, Edamame & Truffle Dumpling, Lemongrass infused Prawn Dumpling and Pork Rib Gua Bao Dumpling among others. It's further has a varietal of dim sums to cater to all preferences be it vegetarian, non-vegetarian or even vegan. Shiro will be serving a first of its kind Jumbo Xiao long Bao to its patrons this year. XLB aka soup dumplings are the high rollers' table and are giant sized explosive Shanghainese buns filled with sumptuous stew that have to be sipped with a straw before one puts the chopsticks to use.
