What Is It?

A flea market for artistes, designers and handcrafters {established ones and newbies too}, the Artisan Bazaar is hosted by Flea 080 {a city-based community that organises themed flea markets}. Bringing together works by talented artistes and craftsmen from across the city {some of them from Rajasthan, too}, the two-day event will have stalls with everything from handwoven sarees to jewellery and home decor.

Who Is It For?

While it is a perfect opportunity for lovers of handicrafts and fusion products, the bazaar is also for shopping enthusiasts and anyone looking for something interesting to stock up on.

Why Should I Go For It?

Where else would you get to find tribal and customised jewellery, lamps and lampshades, blue pottery {from Rajasthan}, a henna artist with fusion designs, and handwoven sarees, all in one spot? Look out for Rajasthani artiste, Ajay Singh, who will be making colourful glass bangles on the spot. They also have a few workshops to pick up some skills! Oh, and the decor will also be fusionistic, we hear, tapping into elements of places like Goa and Rajasthan, among others.
