What Is It?
This Valentine’s Day, don’t OD on ice cream or cookies if you don’t have a date. Just pick yourself up and pamper the most important person ever — you! The Arts Village is hosting a Wellness Festival which is going to be packed with workshops, demos, food and shopping. So, really, who needs to have a significant other. I’m significant enough myself, thanks! While the workshops have limited seats, there’s no cap on hitting up the food stalls or shopping sections.
Who Is It For?
For anyone looking to get fit, this is a lovely way in. Without throwing you into a high-intensity workout or putting you on a strict diet, right away, the schedule of the day is such that you get an introduction to different ways of life. So if you are looking for a bit of a push to sort of your lifestyle, make sure you’re here. We sure will be!
Why Should I Go For It?
If you’re not intrigued by the workshops and talks by experts – from Namu Kini, founder of HappyHealthyMe, an organic food brand to Abinav Shankar, a former cricketer and CrossFit expert, maybe shopping and eating will lure you. The Flying Squirrel will be selling their amazing coffee, and SOAPaholics will stock you up with soaps you’ll want to eat! Oh, and we’re also dying to pick up some yoga wear by Sacred Lotus. Then, hit up Purple Basil or Chefkraft for some healthy snacking. How’s that for a Sunday Valentine plan?
When: Sunday, February 12
Where: The Arts Village 57, 58, 60, St Marks Road
