What Makes It Awesome?

Built-in 1983, Toms is one of the oldest places in town to get the best Mangalorean cuisine. Loved everything about it. The place gives you the proper atheistic English influence in their decor with a soothing vibe, they serve good food with their good history. They do not play music, so you can do all the talking you want.

Their seafood is a must-try. All their dishes are excellently served to perfection. And their desserts are amazing. Must-try dishes are Prawn masala fry, Chilly prawn, Seer fish Tawa fry, Bangda Ambot Teek, Ghee Roast has to be their speciality.

Loved their Cream Bruleë and their Choco Caramel Ganache was so delicious with melt in the mouth chocolate and an amazing scoop of butterscotch ice cream. Serving butterscotch ice cream was quite a refreshing change from the same plain Vanilla.

Their Ghee roast biryani is amazing, and I loved their Prawn's masala fry. That has to be one of my favourite there. They even have amazing neer dosa, appams and sanna(tiny idlis) a Mangalorean delicacy. They even have an amazing range of pork and beef. The dishes were all perfectly cooked well and none of them would disappoint you.

I would definitely go back to try to have their food again. Highly recommended.

What Could Be Better?

Their Mussels sukha could have been a little better personally I did not like it.
