Bangalore’s every growing tribe of book devotees have plenty to look forward to this October. After a two-year hiatus, the festival returns on October 15, 2018, and promises to be a treat for book lovers. Backed by the Bangalore Booksellers and Publishers Association (BBPA) along with Indya Comics, the festival, at Palace Grounds, will host more than 350 stalls selling books in English, Kannada, Hindi and a host of other regional languages. Bookworms can avail discounts (15% and above) and even participate in poetry meets, book-reading sessions and other cultural programmes. During the book festival, there will also be a special focus on Kannada literature.
