What Makes It Awesome

Priyank Sukanand has opened Bangalore Connection as an ode to his family legacy. In 1888, his great-great grandfather ran Naidu Bakery in Shivajinagar where Priyank’s kitchen currently sits. Recreating family recipes with a twist, he sells peanut butter cookies that are a modern take on Naidu Bakery’s salty peanut cookies. Their sweet and sour brinjal pickle has also been passed down from generations.

Our personal favourites are the rosemary and lime cookies, coconut cookies, Irish Coffee truffles and Callebaut truffles. Their products range from INR 30 to INR 150. Making their bread and butter working with corporates for hampers and gifts, the bakery also caters to individual deliveries. For now, call them on 080-22861217 to place orders and follow their social media to know when they’re doing pop-ups in the city. With their patisserie on Museum Road right next to the only place, be sure to head there soon and indulge in some delicacies.

Pro-Tip

Priyank wants the patisserie to be inclusive of people’s needs and dietary restrictions, so in case you’re lactose or gluten intolerant (or even vegan), feel free to let him know.
