For all those looking to experience something new and add a little cheek to their workout, this calorie-burner is a unique fitness format. Mixing in some good old beer, this workout is keeping it fresh and will be anything but boring.
Why Should I Go For It?
The workout starts off with a yoga sesh sans beer, moving on to aerobics and other routines with a cold one in hand. Wrapping up with a meditation and counselling session, the fitness routine is fun and well-rounded. Apart from being our go-to alcoholic beverage at the pubs, beer has many other beneficial properties apparently which makes it the perfect drink to pair your fitness with. Credited with the ability to relieve stress, flushing the kidneys and improve sleep, beer is our new best workout buddy. But anything in excess always leads to trouble and so the workout restricts the beer consumption to a reasonable two pints. Apart from the beer, you will be provided with yoga mats and an in-house DJ dropping sick beats to keep you at it. Time to burn some calories and chug chug chug.
