Pair A Four-Course Meal With Four Crafted Brews At Arbor's Beer Dinner

What Is It?

Don't you just love a good old mug of craft beer to go with your meal? Well, clearly the folks at microbrewery, Arbor Brewing Company understand that. That is why they are all set to host a one-of-its-kind beer dinner. Curated by their Head Brewer, Logan Schaedig and moderated by Ram Vaidyanathan from Yeast India Company {a Mumbai-based company which imports craft beer}, this one promises a four-course meal along with a side of fun conversation and, of course, plenty of beer.

Who Is It For?

As much for beer lovers as for foodies, the event is great for anyone who wants to try pairing their dishes {right from the salad to the dessert} with brews. With experts guiding you along, it only gets better. You also get a chance to meet and connect with fellow beer enthusiasts in the city. What better than beer, banter and more beer?

Why Should I Go For It?

We were pretty much sold at the idea of a four-course meal. Then they added a great ABC brew to each course, and we were over the moon, naturally. The folks at the brewery will tell you how the interactions between craft beer and food can take your meal to a whole new level, so there is plenty of education in there too. Oh! And did we mention they will be releasing two new barrel-aged beers, too? Fans of dark beer will probably love the Phantasm Stout - their Vanilla and Rosemary Holiday Stout, aged in a whiskey barrel for six months. And, if the Phat Abbot is your favourite here, then we'd suggest you try their new Sour Tango which has the Belgian-style brew with raw mango and ginger {aged for three months}.
