If you want to experience a great dining expeirence head to The Bengaluru Brasserie at Hyatt Centric. This place is truly remarkable. It's on the 4th floor of the hotel and has a great seating area indoor and outdoor right by the pool. On a breezy day, it feels great to be seated outside and enjoy the natural greenery around. The indoor seating is also nice with huge glass panes which overlook the outdoor area.
They have a varied cuisine which Interested in reviewing stories brew chapter tomm at 8pm? on it. The coin sized podi idli was soft and melted in my mouth. The Paneer sholay was scrumptious Loved the Gulkand Broccoli which renders the tandoori broccoli a sweet flavour. I absolutely loved it. The veg biryani and dal makhni were great too. So don't miss it.
Coming to Continental, I particularly loved the pumpkin and asparagus Risotto. It was cooked to perfection with the right amount of cheese and consistency was just perfect. Also liked the Mushroom Risotto. It was again great tasting. The burger was decent.
Loved their mushroom soup and tomato shorba as well.
Desserts - I have 32 sweet teeth and this place is perfect to satiate the cravings. Tried the Ebony & Ivory, Banoffee Cheese Cake , Gulab Jamun, Phirni to name a few. I would highly recommend the Banofee Cheese Cake and Ebony cake served with the Ivory vanilla icecream. It is delectable with the right amount of sweetness.
Service here is par excellence and a special shout out to Arinjoy who served us with a smile. He was so kind and courteous.
