The Drunken Barbecue food menu at Bar Bar, at Phoenix MarketCity, will instantly make you change your views too! Created by Chef Paul, the dishes mix your favourite spirits, and comfort food, to give you the best of both worlds. We’re looking at those who frown upon drinking {although too much of everything is bad!}. We cannot wait to try the nachos with a dose of tequila, and the Kodava side of us is it dying to have the Coorgi Pork Belly with copious amounts of brandy mixed in. Oh, and if you want to sample something Sindhi, how about the Colocacia Vodka Tuk which is a fried potato delicacy. Of course, no alcohol-food menu is complete without representation from Kerala, which in this case comes in the form of White Wine Meen Varuval.
