Ten-second takeaway
At the Bring Your Own Book (BYOB) party, take your favourite book along, chatter about it and listen to others talk about what they are reading.
Of books and chatter
Organized by Worth a Read {a website that curates and publishes content along with monthly book recommendations and more}, the BYOB party is for you if you have just put down {or, are still reading} an interesting book and are longing to talk about it. Meet fellow bookworms, check out their favourite reads and join the endless conversation at this event. After their previous parties with themes like Myths and Fractured Fairytales, and Buttons and Robots, we're definitely looking forward to this one.
Bibliophiles gather
All you have to do is take along a copy of the book you want to talk about so that others get to take a peek at what you're so excited about. You might even get to read out a favourite passage {or two}. While it's better to avoid a bestseller, books of all languages are welcome at the party. Apart from conversations about a variety of books, you also get to help yourself to refreshments, courtesy Worth a Read. So, wait no more, pick up that book and head to the event. Oh, make sure you RSVP before setting off.
