While Windmills Craftworks is known for their jazz fests as much as they are known for their killer craft beer, this Friday and Saturday, you can listen to world music for a change. A gala time ensured, thanks to the performance of Soulë, whose styles range from Indian classical, Sufi, ghazal, spiritual, fusion, and even experimental. Order pints of Stout and Hefeweizen along with Onion Rings (the greasier the better!) and Windmills Baby Pork Ribs (slow cooked) in a sweet-sour sauce. Oh, and we absolutely love the Pulled Pork Burger because thankfully the BBQ sauce really is homemade and not just ketchup pretending.
