Pani puri brimming with piquant and spicy tamarind water, bhel puri loaded with plenty of sev or samosas served with a sprinkling of onions, sev and tangy chutney — we just never seem to get enough of chaat, do we? The city has quite a few places offering the authentic kind {no grated carrots, cucumber or cabbage in our chaat, please!}, perfect to munch on during the evenings, when the hunger pangs strike.
