OMG! Asia's Number 1, Chef Gaggan, Is Coming To Town With A Progressive Indian Pop-Up

Chef Gaggan Anand is back in the country, and we are thrilled! If you’re not as excited as we are {come on you must have seen Chef’s Table on Netflix by now}, then we’ll get you on the same page as us with this mini introduction — he’s Asia top ranked chef and his restaurant, Gaggan, 7th in the world! Ah ha, excited now, aren’t you? Known for his progressive twist on Indian cuisine, the Taj is bringing him down for a four-city culinary Tour de Force pop-up. And he will be doing his first ever pop up in Namma Bengaluru. 

Pop-Up Time

At the pop-up, he will showcase his signature cuisine also called Gaggan, which is set over multiple courses, in a tasting menu format. The menu uses molecular gastronomy and unique techniques that bring a twist to plating and perception without compromising on quintessential Indian flavours. Teaming with the team at Masala Klub at the Taj West End {in addition to Taj hotels across Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai}, the bespoke 12-course menu will represent the various regions of India bringing in exotic ingredients, flavour and of course, seasonal stuff.
