As reported by Mid-Day, Coldplay will perform in Mumbai on November 19 at MMRDA and the tickets will be available online September 12 onwards.

Who Is It For?

We love Coldplay, but hold on, is it worth INR 25,000 a ticket? While there is no update on the Coldplay website yet, apparently this is just the starting price, with the highest going up to five lakh. However, according to other reports, the concert being a part of the Global Citizen Festival by Chris Martin will have a majority of its tickets being sold for free. All the earnings of this concert will go towards eradicating poverty from the world by 2030

So, we’re still a little confused. Either this is a dream come true, or one that’s only going to be realised if you’re really rich or a hardcore Coldplay fan who’s willing to do anything to get a glimpse of the band.

Why Should I Go For It?

It’s for a good cause, and who doesn’t love Coldplay? Though, we must admit that your reasons for attending the concert might change once official ticket prices are revealed.

What Else?

We hear there will also be an act by Jay Z. High chances you will also see the crème de la crème {Aamir Khan, AR Rahman, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan} along with some other dignitaries from the world of business and politics.

The ticket sales will open on Book My Show from September 12 onwards.
