Copper Chimney, Indiranagar

What Makes It Awesome

What intrigued us was pineapple marinated in mustard sauce and Char grilled. The spiciness of mustard blended well with sour and sweetness of pineapple.

Another dish which caught our attention was Tawa Imly Aloo. Baby potatoes mixed with tamarind sauce and pan fried was absolutely perfect. The tangy and sweet taste of tamarind just explodes in the mouth.

Not to forget, Kadak Roomali and Achari Mushroom were also noteworthy. Mocktails were decent. Things which needed concerns were discussed with the staff.

For main course, Stuffed Aloo kulchas and Chow Ke Sabji were ordered. Kulchas were well stuffed and was soft. The curry had most of the Indian vegetables in it.

Lastly in dessert we couldn't resist ordering Rasmalai. It was big, soft and soaked in milk; garnished with lots of dry nuts. Also the Phirni with a crumble of Chikki (Indian sweet generally made from peanuts and jaggery), Patiala Kulfi and Muzaffar (Malai Rabdi) was indeed toothsome.
