A relatively new entrant in the pubbing space is Boomrang BarXsocial. Located in Koramangala, this is a multi storied restrobar with extensive options to choose from the menu. Ambiance is vibrant with colorful walls around the place and artistic installations in the form of nail art and paintings. The name is derived from boomerang which is an object when thrown so that it will return to the thrower. They recently revamped the menu and the new dishes were fantastic!The cuisines available are Italian, Continental, Thai, North Indian,etc. Currently they have tied up with white owl bottled beers and try them out for the perfect pairing of food and beer.
Moving on to the food, we had a multi-course meal consisting of appetizers, mains, cocktails/beers and desserts.
In Appetizers, I would recommend Palak cheese kurkure and Andhra chilli paneer.
- Palak cheese kurkure
Crunchy deep fried cheese fingers with hits of spinach and corn. This was fried to perfection and tasted delicious.
- Andhra Chilli Paneer
Succulent paneer chunks tossed with spicy andhra style green chiilis. This is a must try here and pairs really well with the beers.
- Boomrang Dal Makhani balls
Signature dal makhani stuffed inside batter fried balls served with mint chutney. The flavour of dal was easily present and complemented well as a stuffing.
In Main course, I would recommend Amritsari Chole kulcha and Pepper paneer pizza.

Delhi style masala kulchas served with delectable chole was a complete bilss! This was the favorite dish among many and its a must try here!
- Pepper paneer pizza
Thin crust pizza with toppings of red chillis, green pepper, spicy pepper paneer, olives with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Toppings were added generously and the pizza was well made.
- Paneer Makhani Biryani
Yet another paneer affair where in exotic spices were used for long grain basamati rice and loaded with paneer and makhani gravy served with with raitha and salad.
In desserts, do try their signature Chocolate Carrot Halwa skewers, coconut cheesecake and chocolate overload.
Overall, Boomrang BarXsocial is a great place to visit! With courteous staff around, we had a good experience and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
