Muddle basil along with vodka and green chilli {deseeded} Add rest of the ingredients and shake well with ice Pour onto a pre-chilled martini glass Decorate with a mango sliver

What is it: Combination of cucumber, rosemary with classic gin and tonic

Ingredients

Gin Rosemary sprigs Cucumber Tonic

Muddle the cucumber , gin and rosemary Fill the glass with crushed ice and top up with Tonic Decorate with cucumber sliver Collins glass preferred or hurricane

White Rum Fresh watermelon chunks Fresh watermelon juice Mint Leaves Lime Juice

Muddle fresh water melon chunk, mint leaves and rum Add a dash of lime juice and fill it with crushed ice Top up with watermelon juice
