What Makes It Awesome?

I was at Quattro Ristorante near Richmond town to experience the finesse of vegetarian food combined with the expertise of molecular gastronomy.

To begin with, I had the Minnestrone teapot soup - the soup is prepared and brought to your in a teapot, the soup plate contains some spices and herbs in tiny plastic-like sachets which are originally made of potato starch and completely edible. It is topped with chopped garlic and the soup is poured over and finished with grated parmesan. One of the best soups I've had in a while.
Followed it with some more mushroom soup.

Alongside I enjoyed sipping on a glass of thick Chocolate milkshake topped with some whipped cream and chocolate chips just to a consistency I would love.

For something lighter, you can opt for a kiwi Margherita - they're all Frozen though.

Their bruschettas are one of the bests I'd had in a while - very well toasted bread topped with slices of burrata, cherry tomatoes and balsamic caviar finished with a dash of olive oil!

Then, my favourite Stuffed mushroom had my heart.

That wasn't enough so. I went on to have the Gnocchi - you might feel like it's not pasta at all but mashed potato balls in a creamy sauce but I really loved it that way.

The Quattro formaggi fondue gave a whole new definition to it as it was a thick sauce purely made of cheese served with bread, baby corn, carrots, onions, potatoes and many more.

To end the meal, I had the Dunker which is a plate of 2 filo pastry cigars which have a chocolate filling. On the side, there's caramel, chocolate sauce, cranberry sauce and some green apple pearls. What a delightful meal was indeed!.
