What's Happening

Veganuary is upon us and if you're looking to start cooking healthy (and vegan) but don't know where to start, try learning how to make fermented food with Down 2 Hearth’s workshop at Just Be Cafe. Working with plant based ingredients, pick up tips and tricks to make hot favourites like kombucha and Kimchi, as well as kefir, Sauerkraut, Mukhalal (it's a type of Middle Eastern pickle) and pressed salad from Vinita Contractor. The three hour workshop, apart from teaching you about the dishes themselves, will take you through the benefits and qualities of probiotic (inherent to fermented food, especially yoghurt) foods as well as vegan sources for the same. And yes, you get to sample all the finished products!

How's The Venue

Just be cafe in Sadashivanagar is a vegan and health cafe that sources locally and hosts a small lifestyle store within it.

Price Includes

INR 2,500 includes registration and ingredients provided at the workshop.
