What Makes It Awesome?

So finally we have a brewery in HSR and it is here to stay. I got a chance to watch the screening of ICC World Cup match along with good brew, crazy cocktails and delicious food. The location and the open terrace setting is absolutely beautiful and full points for the ambience.

For drinks, I loved their cocktails namely:
- Kiwi Biwi: Which is a Gin based cocktail with Elderflower and lime juice. It was the tastiest drink there. I would go here again just to have this.
- Love Potion: Vodka based cocktail with thyme, mulled wine, elderflower and lime juice. Loved the combination in this one.
- Candilicious: Sparkling wine with vodka, lime juice topped with bubble gum flavoured cotton candy. This was so tasty and nostalgic at the same time.
- Hara Bhara Chai: This mocktail was one of the best I've had. It was a green tea-based mocktail with apple juice, basil, lime and ginger honey syrup. Absolute bliss.
- Grass Hopper: Lime cordial, lemongrass, black currant, orange juice and soda. Yum!

For food, I tried the following:
- Cheese and Jalapeno Poppers: These were so tasty with molten cheese oozing out of the poopers and the hint of jalapeno made it perfect to pair up with beer and cocktails.
- Mexican Cheese Nachos: These were loaded with cheese and Mexican veggies and beans. Really tasty.
- Prawn Sukka: This was juicy and full of flavour. Loved it!
- Chicken Tikka Pizza: I loved the thin crust and balanced flavours on the pizza. Really enjoyed eating this with beer.
- Peri-Peri Fries: I loved their french fries, had a nice crunch and were just perfect to go with the beer.

For desserts, I tried:
- Kahlua Chocolate Mousse: This was really tasty and different in its flavour. The mousse was light and creamy.
- Classic Tiramisu: Mascarpone Custard flavoured with Rum and espresso was absolutely delicious. I love a good Tiramisu and this was a pretty good one.
- Caramel Praline Cheese Cake: This was among my favourites here. This will definitely be my go-to dessert there.
- Banoffee Pie: Loved this one and so balanced in terms of flavour and ingredient ratio. I will surely be going here again for this

Brother barley brewing company is also decent at the price point and serve some really good food. Overall, I had a wonderful first experience and would surely be going here again very soon!
