Focaccia Making Workshop

What's Happening?

We all are experimenting and sharpening our culinary skills. While we are at it, If you are someone who loves baking or wants to start baking, then we've got your back. Register for this Focaccia Making Workshop with Knead To Know on July 7 at 5pm via Zoom. Ritu Bokaria, a home baker based out of Chennai who runs Knead To Know, will teach us how to make the perfect focaccia from scratch at home. Focaccia is a flat oven baked Italian bread topped with herbs and vegetables. The ingredients needed for the workshop are:

Flour              

Sugar                   

Yeast                              

Salt                                 

Olive Oil                        

Water

Toppings for Focccia 

a. Thyme, Rosemary and chilly flakes for sprinkling

b. Garlic Powder black Pepper and mixed herbs

c. Semi-caramelized onions jalapenos sundried tomatoes and olives 

The workshop is priced at INR 500 per person. You can also ask her any questions that you may have regarding baking breads. So, sign up and learn to make that perfect focaccia.
