Egg Maniac, as the name suggests, this place is absolutely for egg lovers. Beginning with the Egg Lung Fung Soup, where Chinese sauces and Eggs flavour is tapered to a small poached egg. The Egg 555 is another Chinese starter but with an Indian touch and has a good amount of boiled egg to be grated.
The Mexican egg fry has nothing Mexican in it except for the crimson colour. It is one amazing gravy based on red chilli, with added veggies and a half fry immersed in it served with Pav or Brown Bread. The special Omelette is worth a mention, with a omlette layer outside and spicy gravy inside. It is delicious.
One highlight to be noted here is the absolutely amazing Egg Biryani, cooked perfectly in a Dum and gravy spread in layers. This is definitely a must-try.
