Even though Valentine's Day is over, SBOW feels it's essential to love yourself first, and for those who love food there's awesome news for you!
They've launched a Love in Cusrow Baug menu. This new menu consists of four healthy bowls, also known as Love Emoji Bowls, which come in four different colours.
These Soulbowls are perfect. They are a feast for the eyes, and good for your diet as everything is delicious and healthy. Thus, there's no way you're gonna feel guilty!
There are sauteed Millets in all the bowls and Millets as we all know is nutritious. Now, you'll find different veggies in each of these bowls.
Yellow Bowl - is served with grilled pineapple, spicy potato curry, sauteed zucchini, raita and crispy corn.
(Taste wise, this was my personal favourite).
Green Bowl - has a green salad with kolah vinegar dressing, sprouts salad, mint coriander raita, cucumber and crispy okra.
(This looked and tasted brilliant).
Pink Bowl - has creamy tomato vegetable curry with pickled beets, fresh radish, raita and banana chips.
Red Bowl - has a sweet potato chilli tomato gravy, sauteed red peppers, raita, sprouts salad and Saria papad.
Wait, that's not all... You can choose a protein to go with your Soulbowl. There are five options and you can pick and choose from Veg, Grilled Paneer, Grilled Chicken, Grilled Fish and Sauteed Prawns.
