Ten-second takeaway
From theplas to Dal Baati, tuck into regional cuisine at Indian Kitchen's Gujarati Marwari Food Festival.
Keeping it real
Serving authentic cuisine from all over the country, Indian Kitchen first caught our attention for their delightful fare. And, now with a Gujarati Marwari Festival lined up to welcome the new month, we have all the more reason to be excited. Bringing in chefs from Gujarat and Rajasthan for this culinary event, they are going all out to showcase the best of the regions.
Fest specials
Look out for the stalls set up in the restaurant, dishing out snacks, chaat items and appetisers. Make sure you leave enough space for the a la carte specials. From Gujarat, expect classics like Thepla, Dhokla and the Gujarati Kadhi (offering a blend of sweet, sour and spicy) alongside Marwari specialties like the Paneer Lifafa (cottage cheese and spices stuffed in pan-fried envelopes), Sat-Pati Roti and Rajasthani Dal Baati, among others.
