What Makes It Awesome

Good mood is directly proportional to good food and these folks truly live up to their motto 'Love food , love good mood'. I was there for lunch today and floored by the ambiance , food and hospitality.

Ambiance - Simple yet elegant

Hospitality - The staff is very courteous and ensured a great culinary experience. Had the opportunity to interact with Executive Chef Avijit and Chef Sachin and kudos to them for recreating home style food and street food with a twist. A special shout out to Gautam as well for serving us with a smile and attending to us.

Food & Drinks - They recently revamped the menu and have introduced some interesting items while keeping the prices quite affordable considering the clientele.

Tried the following:

Drinks:

1. Lassi - This was soothing. Ordered a sweet and salty version and it was so thick
2. Chocolate Chip Milk Shake - You can see the froth and the choco chip on the top and it was sweet and tasty.

Food:

1. Paneer Tikka - Soft and flavourful

2. Gobi Manchurian - Perfectly cooked with the right kind of spices ; it was a perfect starter

3. Podi Idli - This just melted in my mouth. I am usually not a fan of Idli because I find it bland but after taking a bite of this coin sized podi idli, I found myself gorging on it.

4. Dosa Quesadilla with Paneer - This one is a must have as it offers a twist to the concept of Masala Dosa with a filling of paneer chettinad. They present it like a quesadilla and the filling was delectable.

5. Phulka Soft Tacos with Peri Peri Soya - This is another must have . I loved the phulkas (made a little crispy) stuffed with kidney beans, soya , cheese and veggies. It was spicy and scrumptious.

6. Rajma Chawal - Just the thought of this is making me drool. It was actually drool worthy. Part of the dabba menu, love the way it is served in a tiffin carrier. Please see my pics to see what I mean. Coming to the taste, it reminded me of my Delhi days. Typical north indian flavour. This is served with long grain and fragrant basmati rice. Don't miss trying this

7. Choley - It was again a typical home style dark colored Choley , tangy and spicy. Perfect to eat with rice or kulche.

Now coming to the sweet part of the meal. Tried the following:

1. Molten Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream - This just melts in your mouth. Love the way chocolate flows out of the cake and totally a delight. MUST HAVE !!!

2. Parle G Cheesecake - A unique twist to the good old Parle G biscuit. It was again a great tasting dessert

3. Raspberry Tart - Loved the flavour

4. Chocolate cheesecake - It was again a classic and it has the right mix of dark chocolate too.

Overall verdict - Experience great food and a fine dining experience at a reasonable and affordable price.
