You’ve probably had fusion food before, but have you ever tucked into a mac n cheese burger? Or Old Monk chicken wings, maybe? Well, now you can at Hoppipola. The bar’s new menu boasts of all kinds of fusion goodies from a Bhel Salad, with watermelon, feta mixed with rice crisps and crushed nachos, to Peri Peri Biryani. They’ve even got a Kulfi Panna Cotta for dessert, with bourbon caramel that will surely be an interesting mix of flavours. We can’t wait to try the Timepass Platter, which will feature masumfalli, schezwan channa and peri peri cheeselings, and their Cheese and Olive Garlic Nangles have us drooling already.
Booze gets a fusion makeover too. Cocktails are now available in options like the Apple Pie Sour, which is a mix of whiskey, apple pie and apple juice, and the Jager Goes Long combined with Jagermeister, vodka, rum, gin and orange liqueur. Now you know where to head to this weekend.
