Alba, an Italian speciality restaurant located in JW Marriot offers the best of hospitality alongside delectable cuisine. Designed like an amphitheater with a show kitchen, the ambience is quite dramatic and elevates the overall experience. Alba brings together a fine selection of signature dishes crafted from the freshest produce. Initially, I had a problem with my reservation as the table was not alloted to us. However, Tshering was kind and very courteous and also assisted us with the menu. Their live kitchen concept is fantastic and the way floor space is used on the sides of the big kitchen is marvelous! Their graphite colored cutlery is very eye catchy as well.
Few of the dishes that I tried were the asparagus avacado antipasti with hazlenut crumble that pieces of yellow carrot, spinach casconcelli pasta which was fantastic and a simple spinach risotto.
Alba signature tiramisu was one of the finest tiramisus available in bengaluru where in ALBA is pictured on the dessert.
Overall, a fantastic experience here and would recommend this place to all the Italian fanatics!
