Bangalore, Get Back On Track With Your Goals And Flag Off #100DaysOfRunning On April 29
What Is It?
100 Days Of What?
#100DaysOfRunningChallenge is a running event where every participant has to run 2 kms a day, for 100 days. Remember, you aren’t in competition with anyone but yourself. You can run whenever, wherever but you just gotta be true to yourself. And, April 29, is the first day of the challenge. Take this first step and trust us, fitness will be 100 days away.
Ok, So What Should I Expect?
The event will start at 6 am at the Kanteerva stadium with registration followed by 15 minutes of warm up. Ankita Gaur, the adidas running captain in Bangalore, will lead a 1 km running/jogging session; thereby kicking off the 100DaysOfRunningChallenge. Then Kez Klein, a master trainer with IFAA India will show you the ropes of functional training followed by a km of easy running and cool down session. The activity will come to an end with refreshments.
