We tried it out, and the Galawti Kebab was a clear winner. Melt-in-the-mount and redolent with spices, this Lucknowi favourite beat out dishes like Tandoori Nalli (tender lamb shank with green cardamon) and a lovely broccoli grilled with mustard and spices. We did like the seafood options too, especially the grilled bhetki. The prawn in a garlic and dill leaf marinade, was the clear winner in this department, however. Of course, the paired single malts make it all better.
