Love Korean food? Well, while we can't really go to Seoul for that delicious Kimchi, why not make it home? Book your spot and learn how to make the perfect Kimchi at home, courtesy Mossant Fermentary on June 24 at 5 PM via Zoom. The event will be conducted by the founder of Mossant Fermentary, Chef Adithya Kidambi and he will teach us what goes into making the traditional staple dish of Korea at home. Kimchi is a traditional side dish of salted and fermented vegetables such as cabbage and radish. For this workshop you'll need the following ingredients:
1. chinese cabbage/ regular cabbage
2. chili flakes & chili powder
5. spring onion
8. rice flour
9. non iodised salt
10. soy sauce/ fish sauce
