Available on Christmas Day, this six-course brunch includes a mix of Mediterranean and Goan delights. Think Arabian Sea Oysters served with champagne mignonette and kokum, a berry compote herbed chevre, aged balsamic and pistachio, Chorizo Scotch Egg in Goan pork chorizo and spiced mousse, Portuguese-style creamy vegetables, Spicy Coconut Pumpkin Soup, butter garlic tiger prawns in a Xacuti Bisque, turkey with saffron fettuccine, Goan Pomfret Curry and Vegetable Tangine with cous cous. End with a traditional Christmas sponge cake roulade or Strawberry Crumble. Drinks are part of the price, with each course, and include blueberry mojitos and eggnog.
