Chidiyaa makes maxi dresses, skirts, kurtas, pants and palazzos, all made out of fabrics with beautiful block prints on them. A special collection on their site is also dedicated to slightly dressy outfits made out of gorgeous Chanderi fabrics. Our favourite though is their white maxi dresses with colourful block prints around the border. Planning to hit up friend’s wedding during the day, then keep it classy with Chidiyaa’s range of Chanderi kurtis that come with roomy palazzos.

They might be called Mango People {aam aadmi in Hindi}, but their quirky accessories are anything but aam. From emoji {the poop one} chargers to kitty phone cases and Mermaid blankets {go figure!} to Unicorn onesies for adults, Mango People’s products border on the bizarre but are great fun if you are into making that kind of statement. We are especially nuts about their vast collection of quirky phone cases. French fries, Starbucks coffee, macarons and milk cartons, you name it and they will usually have it as a phone case. Macaron storage boxes, Lego notebooks, nachos memo bags, and a DIY Lego mug is also what we have set our hearts on.

Diwali might be over, but there is Christmas and New Years to plan for. That’s where True Brown’s selection of dress gowns can come in handy. Gorgeous Indian textiles meet modern cuts and tailoring to create maxi dresses meant to flatter all body types. And their sizes go up to 6XL. Brocades and silks meet jewel tones to create stunning pieces. True Browns also does ethnic separates like full skirts with crop tops {that can also work as a lehenga-choli set}, plus they also do a line of casual, contemporary dresses.

Studio Kassa does gorgeous satchels, backpacks and handbags that are lightweight and waterproof. Beautifully constructed, these bags are perfect to carry to work as they would be to a night out afterwards. Their jewellery collection is extensive, but what we love the most is their collection called Lego Chunks. Themed along the lines of the iconic Lego building blocks, Kassa offers stunning cuffs, rings and necklaces. And we hear they are going to introduce a DIY kit soon to make your own Lego jewellery. Also, look out for their flora cube range of statement rings that is inspired by Biomorphism. Shoes, made-to order jackets and quirky stationery are other highlights.
