Started in April 2019 by Marika, a home baker based out of Lavelle Road, Mariana’s Life Of Pie is a tribute to her mom and her aunt who fuelled in the passion for baking into her since she was a child. She specialises in bite-size pieces that one can gobble up on the go or binge while watching a movie or even celebrate small or big victories. We are talking about brownies, cookies, walnut bars, and chocolate cakes among others.
Her best selling items are chocolate chunk cookies, fudge brownies, and chocolate decadence cake. She believes in making homestyle goodies that are flavourful and with every bite take you back to your mom’s kitchen, filled with nostalgia. She also makes lemon pies, lemon tarts, burnt cheesecakes, Nutella/salted caramel cookie cups, and baked cheesecake bites. She also has weekly bake sales where you can try out the samples of three to four items from the menu for you to choose from.
