If you’ve been to Farzi Cafe, then the chances are that you’ve tried the Posh Maggi, the Chai Pani, the Misti Doi, and all the other quirky Indian dishes that’s been #Farzified. Well, now it’s the turn for you to sip on the beer that’s brewing here. It’s the first micro-brewery of the Farzi Cafe chain and in the wake of the #AlcoholBan and the likes, this news does raise our spirits. The micro-brewery that’s set to open shortly will undergo the minimum brewing cycle of 21 days along with the use of the finest ingredients and taste profiles. Who’s crafting them you ask? Well, the master brewer Ishan Grover who’s crafted beer for top restaurants in India, including Quaff and Punjabi by Nature, and beer expert and all round beer dude John John Eapen who’s part of the micro-brewery consultation firm RJ Brewing Solutions that has provided with the brewing equipment and team.
