Looking to kick-start your 2017 fitness goals? LBB teams up with Morning Fresh for a series of fun challenges to help you get on back on track!

We’re already two weeks into the new year and if your fitness resolutions are yet to kick in, don’t worry, there’s still time for #FreshStarts. Morning Fresh X LBB have a 21-day challenge that’ll give you the fresh start you need to get your fitness goals in order. After all, three weeks is how long you’ll need to form a healthy, new habit! Whether it’s learning a new language, or climbing stairs instead of the elevator, these challenges are designed to keep you active and fit — mind, body and soul.

New Beginnings

Once the clock hits midnight, your daily challenge resets. You then have 24 hours to complete your new task. Once you’re done, mark it as complete, share it on social media so Morning Fresh and LBB can track your progress, and you’ll still in be the running. Running for what, you ask? At the end of 21 days, people with the highest scores will win a hamper full of goodies from Morning Fresh to help keep your fitness streak up!
