We know for sure that there will be cuisine from Mangalore (including Undi, Neer Dose, Kadale Guje Gassi and Vodi Ambat), Coorg (hopefully some bamboo shoot curry, Akki Roti and anything with Kachampuli), Udupi (Moode Kadubu to Sambrani Pallya) as well as dishes from the regions of Bangalore-Mysore, Gulbarga-Bidar-Gadag (which includes foxtail millet, Mulugai Ennegai that’s brinjal gravy, and tomato chutney) and Belgaum-Dharwad-Bijapur. In addition to the divine food, the culture of Karnataka will also be brought to the fore in the form of dance performances. Plus, an MTR restaurant and Namma MTR outlet space too.
