New place alert at HSR- Basil Bistro! This place is so aesthetically pleasing (perfect for date nights or otherwise). You know a place is good when right from the salad everything tastes good. Their broccoli soup (customised with prawns), cream of mushroom soup (with chicken) both were so well made, smoothly blended and it extracted so much flavour from the ingredients. Loved the rosemary chicken ravioli, silky smooth texture and with a generous amount of sauce to go with it.
Their pizza sure is a delight for people who love extra cheesy ones, the cheese pull was unbelievable! I was surprised at how good their Indian cuisines tasted, especially the mutton curry with meat falling off the bone (how I like it) and the dal makhani. Special mention to spanakopita (melt in mouth goodness) and still the pastry had a tinge of flakiness to it. I was pleasantly surprised at the portion size offered which is win-win.
For desserts give their blueberry cheesecake a try, it was that perfect texture and balanced in sweetness. Going to go back only for that!
