Couldn't make it to Munich for the original Volksfest, the Oktoberfest, in Munich? Nor us. But it's not such a tragedy because our fine city, with its immense love for beer, has plenty going on to replicate the merrymaking of Bavaria. From sausages and potato salad to freshly brewed beer and bon homie, here's where you can indulge in Oktberfest binging without leaving Bangalore. Prost!
Toit
Toit is going all German on us this time around as they celebrate Oktoberfest. The specially curated menu has a dreamy Sausage Schwartzenplatter loaded with Bratwurst, Knaxx sausage and German-style Weisswurst sausages. Then snail sausages, gravy and mash for the big eaters. Naturally the Och Schnitzel, served with the traditional potato salad is part of the list, apart from a sausage loaded pizza. To top it all off, in true Oktoberfest spirit, say hello to Toit’s Oktoberfest Lager – dreamy, golden and smooth.
