Samosa, an indian snack which is loved by every indian across the globe. Such dish gets a makeover here at Bangalore with the chain named "Samosa Singh". Rejuvenating the Samosa from generic aloo-stuffed snack item, Samosa Singh providing this cuisine as a luxury snack to corporate and people of bangalore. When my curiosity hit the tastebuds and then I couldn't control myself from trying this special space I finally ordered a package yesterday.
In the package, there were aloo samosa, dal kachori, veg platter, peanut butter chocosa, caramel chocosa. Aloo Samosa were pretty taste as they were crisp outside and filled with delicious aptly meshed aloo in it. Dal Kachori was also in the similar manner, just the stuffing was different here. For both of the dishes, the oil has been used is of high quality as you won't be getting the oily taste you get when you eat up from some unhygienic road side spot.
Veg Platter here is similar to chat, which had mix of samosa and kachori ingredients with added spices to it. They had given sweet tamarind chutney on the sides and that has been going very well with the platter.
Now speaking of the star of the package, the Peanut butter & Caramel Chocosa which were chocolate covered triangle shaped crispy waffer filled with flavored chocolate syrups. The first of bite of it literally gave me a foodgasm and I fallen in love with it in no time.
So If you also a fan of National Indian Snack, then I really recommend this chain who will surprise with their innovation with the Samosa and it's shape.
