Operating out of a home kitchen, Pepper That serves up ready-to-eat, frozen foods and even offers catering services. Thai Chicken Balls, Pandi Curry and Burger Patties are just some of the delish dishes on the menu.

Ready To Eat

Started off in October 2017, by Lisa Colaco Govias, Pepper That is a thriving business that specialises in home-cooked, frozen foods and also doubles up as a catering service. Run out of her home on Promenade Road, Pepper That is especially for meat lovers who love to zing up their daily meals. Every day, Govias churns out fresh batches of her signature dishes that you can pick up from her place or even Dunzo to yourself. Once you receive your order, all you have to do is heat these up and feast on them. Or stock them in the fridge for up to a month, and plate it out when needed.

Regulars usually order the Thai Chicken Balls, the Mixed Meat Pate {it has beef and chicken}, and the cutlets and patties {also available in chicken and beef}. Pork is the highlight of the menu. And you can snap up boxes of Pork Bafat, Vindaloo, and Coorg-style Pandi Curry. She also makes a mean Pork Roast and you can also source Spicy Sausages from here. For all you single ladies and men, you can pick up servings of 250 grams or you can get the 500-gram portions that serve two to three people. Prices start at INR 200. All products are carb-free, so if you are on a Paleo or Keto or Gluten-free diet, you needn’t think twice about placing your order.

Party Starter

Throwing a house party for your inner circle? Then, dial up Pepper That. Govias takes on catering for parties of 10 to 50 people and serves six to ten-course meals. Her speciality? Continental and Mangalorean food. The party menu includes flaky quiches, roast chicken or ham {a Christmas favourite to enjoy all year round} and Lamb Shanks. The Mangalorean Crab Curry and the Chicken Ghee Roast are popular too. Catering orders will have to come at least a week in advance and you will also have to pick up the food from Frazer Town.
