Over time, they have perfected the art of smoked meats and now have a brand new menu to show for it. Sure to delight hardcore meat lovers (especially those of you who dig pork), the menu is available at all their outlets and is made up of starters, burgers, mains and BBQ platters. 

If you are here with a gang of friends, we highly recommend the platters. You can mix and match a handful of meats with sides. Our top picks from the meats section are the Baby Back Ribs where the smokiness and the melt-in-the-mouth consistency of the meat will have you reaching for more. There’s also the beef brisket - thin, juicy slivers of meat that plays perfect accompaniment to your chilled beer. The wings, spicy and slightly tangy Andouille Sausages, and Smoked Country Ham serve as the other stalwarts of the menu.
