A Performance Bartered For A Meal At This Pop Up Under A Fly Over

The information in this post might be outdated

What Is It?

A one-of-its-kind pop-up restaurant by Laura Klatt and Tobias Daemgen {two German artistes who are in the city as part of Goethe Institut's cultural exchange programme, BangaloREsidency}, this is not your regular food cart. Seen as an intervention in public space {the event is happening under a flyover, in fact}, the meals here can be bought not with money, but in kind. So, think stories, music, poetry, performances {even acrobatics, if you can pull it off} or anything you can share.

Who Is It For?

Anyone who is up for a different experience and wouldn't mind trading a show of talent for some grub. Even if you just want to catch something entertaining {as a fresh start to the work week, perhaps?}, this could prove to be a great option.

Why Should I Go For It?

If the unique concept of bartering a skill for food doesn't interest you, then maybe the idea of witnessing some fresh talent {straight out of a crowd} in an unconventional space might. No? Then, perhaps, the thought of food {no spoilers on this one; it's a surprise, we hear} will do the trick.
