What Makes It Awesome

Le Charcoal, a casual dining restaurant serving some delightful Arabian and North Indian cuisines, located in Brookefield.

If you are someone who is looking for really good north Indian cuisine, the food of this place will for sure satisfy you pallets.

Visited this place on a weekend for lunch, the ambiance of the place is elegant, minimal decor, more of a garden theme. Very spacious, have a seating capacity of about 60-80 pax. Staff is very friendly and cooperative and service is fairly quick.

Started with mock tails, ordered Chilli-Cucumber and Green apple Mojito, very light and refreshing.

For starters ordered:

* Al-Faham chicken
* Yogurt chicken
* Corn cheese tikka
* Adraki chicken tikka

 Can easily rate all the starters 5/5, Al-Faham is one of their signatures, the flavors, spices, marination and everything about it is next perfect, served with homemade Hummus and garlic mayo.
The home made Pita is really soft and fluffy, best with Al-faham.

Corn cheese tikka, thoroughly enjoyed it. Yogurt or Malai chicken tikka, amazing creamy flavor, Adraki chicken is more towards spicy flavor.

For Main course ordered:

* Murgh Makhni Dilliwalla
* Daal Makhni
* Chef's special dum aalu

Daal makhni was a real delight, the flavors and the texture is just amazing, Dum aalu were my favorite,  Murgh Makhni Dilliwalla a thick chicken gravy, very creamy and loaded with butter, A creamy, buttery delicious.

Finally for desserts ordered Gajar ka halwa with vanilla ice-cream and Kesaria Phirni.

Again, this please is one of the gems for North Indian food. If you are around, a really good place to consider.

Bon Appetit!!!
