This microbrewery is coming out with two winter special beers this year! The first is their experimental Saison beer, which is fermented at a high temperature, giving it a spiced perception — most people taste hints of cloves and ginger, which comes from the yeast. The second beer, available from Saturday, December 24 onwards, is a Christmas special, so you can expect notes of plum, raisins, cinnamon and orange peels, giving the brew a dark shade. The beer is made in a Belgian style, with flavour notes like molasses and brown sugar on the tongue, and with a more rum-soaked plum aroma. Sounds delicious, right?
