Semolina Pistachio Rose Cake Making Workshop

What's Happening?

Pretty as a picture and twice as tasty, you will be making this Middle Eastern inspired Semolina Pistachio Rose Tea Cake again and again! All you have to do first, is to register for this cake making workshop by Knead To Know on July 14 at 5pm via Zoom. Head Home Baker, Ritu Bokaria will take us through the steps on how to nail this exotic dessert. When made well, this tea cake is moist and melts in the mouth. The ingredients are surprisingly easy to source in an Indian kitchen. Here's what you will need: 

Fine Semolina

Pistachio

Flour

Condensed Milk

Pistachio essence (optional)

Baking powder

Baking soda

Butter

Rose water

Cardamom powder

Toppings for Cake

Dehydrated rose petals

Chopped pistachio

Rose water

Icing sugar

The workshop is priced at INR 500 per person. The session is also an interactive one, which means you can freely ask Ritu any questions you have when it comes to baking cakes. So, sign up and perfect this semolina pistachio rose tea cake.
