What Is Happening

Go live your Shakespearean dream as Shakespear's Globe is going to be broadcasting a few of The Bard's best works on YouTube. Each week, you can catch their prime productions, starting with Hamlet, on April 6, at 11.30pm Indian time. This one has Artistic Director Michelle Terry, bring to life Shakespeare’s most famous tragedy, and we've already set our YouTube reminder (yes, you can do that) for when it premiers! It's going to be free to watch for two weeks, until April 19. Then, it'll be taken off and you'll get the 2009 Romeo and Juliet, until May 3. It will be followed by A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Two Noble Kinsmen, The Winter's Tale and The Merry Wives of winter, all on rotation for two weeks, each!

See more of what you can do online here.

Pro-Tip

Some of these are modern, and new adaptations, so don't expect only old-school productions! Also, since these are free to watch, there is an option to donate to the organisation.
